Identified sixth victim in Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti sex murders
Alice Elizabush, a 21 year old University of Michigan coed, is identified by her father as the latest victim in a string of six sex murders in the Ann Arbor area. Police believe one assailant carried out all killings since August 7, 1987, with victims aged 13 to 23 found near Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti. The case links shootings, strangulations and stabbings, with sexual molestation noted in most cases. Benjamin Cologie, her boyfriend, last saw her Friday early morning after a date. He reported she normally went to the movies on Sunday nights.
