First contingent of underprivileged children depart for camp
The first group of 00 under privileged San Antenia children aged 12 and under leaves Saturday for Camp Laff-a-Laot near Comfort for three weeks of supervised recreation, wholesome food, and health building activities. Sponsored by The Tight, the camp operates under Community Chest, with Red Cross and other groups certifying eligibility. Contingent includes 30 girls and 38 boys under D G Brahan and Miss Hlare Marle Kohner, with John Belsey and Miss Winifred D'Aubin as counselors. Departure from Ban Pedyp Park by two buses.
