Two charges of bombing linked to San Antonio theater plot
Complaints charging attempted arson were filed Wednesday in Justice court as an afterpath to several San Antonio theater bombings. The alleged conspirator, a private with Company T, Twenty third Infantry, Fort Sam Houston, faces two counts for May 10 at the Aztec theater and June 6 at the Texas theater. A Dutch bottle found in the Texas theater was deemed highly explosive by a chemist and buried as evidence. An alibi defense was planned as the suspect, recently from New Orleans, remained in jail awaiting an examining trial.
