Seabury Receives Report on Walker Case for Roosevelt

New York June 4. An aide to Samuel Seabury prepared an analysis of Hofstadter committee testimony about New York City's finances for Governor Roosevelt. Seabury plans a brief accompanying analysis and will likely write to Roosevelt, but no removal action will be recommended. The governor paused, saying only Seabury or the legislature should present formal charges if pursued. Roosevelt urged action rather than talk and withheld fronting a plan.
