Long Beach California July 31 Admiral Tony Cornero faces a six year old permanent injunction from the district attorney prohibiting gambling. The order, issued in November 1939 at the urging of Baron Fitts and Governor Warren, was never served on Cornero until now aboard the Bunker Hill. Cornero plans to operate the Rex and Bunker Hill gambling ships off Santa Monica and Long Beach.
