Newly organized Houston Street Association plans to submit draft by laws for approval at the next meeting on August 2. The second meeting will be at the Gun ter hotel at noon Tuesday, with a committee of Carl Wright Johnson L J Hart and Jack Fried berg outlining similar by laws. The board of directors will meet after the session as membership cards are being taken out rapidly, according to acting executive secretary Jim Landers.
