Panel formed to address Bexar County food stamp complaints
A grievance panel formed by the Community Welfare Council will meet weekly to review complaints about Bexar County's food stamp program. The panel seeks to ease lines at the county office amid calls for a decentralized West Side office and changes to where stamps are purchased.
