Prisoner Returned With Requisition Papers in Colquitt Case
Reginald Conway, arrested in the city on a Colquitt related embezzlement charge, was taken into custody after requisition papers signed by Governor Colquitt and Sheriff W H Riecks of San Joaquin County, California. The seizure followed telegraphic confirmation of the warrant. Wayland Charged With Theft Of Diamond Ring
