They condemn Truman's court policy and the Philadelphia convention as rigged, urging Democrats to unite against a police state and support segregationist, Jeffersonian democracy.
A Dixiecrat march through Ingham city auditorium carried banners and shouted about human rights and states' rights. Argentine naval chief Carante travels with staff after touring U. S. naval establishments.
