Police report the owner of the automobile left on Carson Street near the late Dr Russell Caffery's residence has been established. The young man driving denies any burglary intent and says he left the car after aiding a girl and not disturbing her parents with noise. The case is under investigation with a formal complaint to be filed in justice court.
