E A Fox Co expects to begin an apartment building at South Presa and Glenwood Court in Austin. Granite stone from Granite Mountain will form reinforced concrete for a two story plus basement structure with four and four rooms per floor, fronting 140 feet. The design features hollow walls for cooling and heating, a basement club room and laundry, and aims for completion by December for seasonal tourist use.
