Canadians Look North to United States Boundary Curiosities

A second item profiles Waller Madigan, Gotham hotel’s wine steward who abstains from alcohol despite hours surrounded by it. He fasts and noses drinks to avoid consumption, inspired by childhood scenes of excess. Tomorrow’s feature invites readers to send questions about the Believe It or Not cartoons.
