In Denver on January 17 one day old Lucille Caroline Groves rested after arriving in the front seat of the speeding car carrying her mother to a Denver hospital. Her parents Jesse Groves and his wife, from the Morgan county farm, stopped in Hudson 20 miles from Denver where a doctor noted the baby was fine before continuing to Mrs. Groves sister Harriet Hollister’s Denver home. The mother, 23, said she felt well overall. The couple’s two sons, Jesse Jr. and Larry, rode in the back seat during the trip.

Still Born Baby Survives After Long Resuscitation
