Plan home for crippled children in San Antonio
A proposal for a state supervised home for convalescent crippled children will be discussed at the Vocational Rehabilitation committee meeting at the Plaza Hotel in San Antonio. John Loughlin says tentative plans place the home near the Terrell Wells district with Briar County lawmakers invited. Speakers include Judge Paul King of Austin and A H Abbott along with Mrs Troutman of San Antonio.

Contractor Ruled Bankrupt in Federal Court
In a Federal district court Thursday Judge R. McMillan adjudged Charles X. Gulzon a plumbing contractor bankrupt after a response to a voluntary petition. Gulzon was ordered to appear before referee R. Bull on February 7. Assets listed at 72379.90 and liabilities at 4610.14. William McKay Silvers of Bexar County was also adjudged bankrupt with assets 3975 and exemptions 2525, liabilities 4124.80.

Three Fines Paid for Operation of Gaming Machine
A Texas court in Low Fields fined a gambling device operator, charged with betting on three machines, 4150 for each of the three offenses. Deputy Constable Joe Domingues led the case in Justice John F. Onion's court. Fields agreed to remove all eleven hoists from Bexar county. one seized machine was returned.
