Delano to Face Senate Inquiry on War Financing
Washington DC January 1 USi-Fishreek Delano cousin of President Roosevelt and a power during Wilson era as well as the present administration may be summoned to testify before the senate munitions inquiry. Delano would be questioned as intermediary between international bankers and President Wilson during World War I days. Delano, four code messages were submitted to President Wilson from which he chose one for transmission to James B. Forgan Chicago banker. The senate inquiry will also test the activities of J P Morgan and company and their partners George Whitner and Thomas W. Lamont as financiers of the Allies before the US entered the war.
