Individual Subdivision Rights Upheld in Court Ruling
Justice W. C. Murray of the Fourth Court of Civil Appeals ruled that the County Commissioners court had no right to deny a man the privilege to file his property for subdivision. The decision orders reconsideration in the suit by Sam H Schaefer, real estate man, after Albert G. Trowaller opposed the subdivision filing. The case follows an earlier district court ruling in Schaefer’s favor and notes that denial of subdivision rights denies full use of property.
