Depositors of the South Texas Bank and Trust Company may get another dividend soon, says J. Miller, president, as bank assets from the closed City Central bank are converted to cash. The December dividend totaled about 275,000 dollars for roughly 20,000 depositors after a 16 percent payment in December.
