Washington attorney Robert J. Miller, 67, was released on 15009 bond after being charged with the gun slaying of Dr John E. Lind, 55, a psychiatrist and author. A porter saw Miller toss a white package into the car and police recovered a gun seat beside Lind, discharged twice but likely earlier.
