SEC Stock Case Pauses In Dallas Hearing
The government and defense rested eleven days into the SEC stock fraud case in Dallas as Judge Sarah J Hughes recessed for the afternoon after limited proceedings. Affidavits were submitted by several lawyers and Osorio’s absence prompted questions from his attorney. A deputy U.S. marshal said Osorio had not been subpnaed, while other witnesses testified about day-to-day operations at Ling and Co and the firm’s public relations handling.
