Horrors of O Donnell Prison Camp Told by Dyess
The account by Lt. Col. W. E. Dyess, told to Charles Leavelle, describes life in the O’Donnell prison camp near the eastern front, where American and Filipino prisoners faced heat, starvation, disease, and brutal Japanese guards after capture in Bataan.
