Laredo Rubber Co opens new proving ground for high speed tires
The U S Rubber Co unveils a multiyear program including a four to five mile proving track on 6900 acres in Laredo with 140 mph capability for testing Ethylene Propylene Rubber tires. The facility supports global expansion with new plants and development of 200 mph highway tires. Maury Williams oversees the grounds and George Vila leads press.
