The Alamo Plaza Electric Bakers, first of IW Chain stores, will have a formal opening Saturday at 123 Alamo Plaza. The Sanitary Plant and sales room showcase safe methods. owner Istetes H. Fred Forshee plans one half dozen hot butter biscuits with every twenty five cent purchase. Cakes pastries and breads will be featured, including custom wedding and special occasion cakes. Forshee, formerly at Shreveport and Birmingham bakeries, leads the venture.
