Refinery Worker Asphyxiated In Gas Tank Accident
Gilbert Pat Johnson aged about 22 was fatally asphyxiated while repairing a gasoline refinery tank at Som erset on Saturday. He had entered the gue tank multiple times wearing a gas mask and collapsed during a return visit. Fellow workers could not rescue him before the gas claim ed his life.
