Benefits include life, loss of hands or feet, sight, and combinations, with weekly disability and life sums listed, though the text includes garbled figures and wording.
The policy covers an insured unable to communicate due to injury or illness during policy period. Upon receipt of message with the policy number, the company transmits information to the insureds relatives or friends and covers expenses to place the insured in their care. Company liability capped at 100 dollars. Age limit set from 16 to 70 years.
