Burglars Sought After San Marcos Bandits
Central police headquarters report an attempted burglary chase at daylight Friday as officers hoped to intercept a bandilo from San Marcos. The Moore Wholesale Grocery in town was hit for a large tool and tobacco products as a general sweep of stores is conducted. Wiley Freed In Sedillo Killing After Deliberation
Wick Wiley is acquitted of murder in the Sedillo killing by a Ninetyfourth District Court jury after about three hours of deliberation. The state had charged both Wick and Carl Wiley. Carl was dismissed from the case. Sofia Sedillo testified that Wick shot her husband as Carl was being held. Wiley testified he fired when Sedillo raised a threat with a club. Also reported a $1100 loss in checks to a mobile robbery in Mobile.

Ardmore heir convicted in California grand larceny case
