Frazier Free On Plea Of Father In Acquittal
In Thirty seventh District Court on Monday jurors acquitted Jimmie Frazier, ex soldier, of attempted robbery by assault with firearms. The father testified his son was a good boy who helped on the Willinson county farm. The state had alleged he was part of the Jellybean bandit gang terrorizing Bexar county roads last December. A witness for the defense, the father, said he could not say exactly how old his son was. The jury deliberated about fifteen minutes before delivering the verdict. Frazier remains charged on another count pending trial.
