Maintenance of Way Railroad Rules To Be Issued Soon
Chicago December 9 revised rules governing working conditions of maintenance of way railroad labor will be promulgated December 14 19. The Tufted States Railroad board announced today. The board says rapid progress is made in drafting rules after agreements between railroads and employees. Several rules remain disputed but a majority among roads supports a Tule approach for broader carrier agreement. The new rules will replace the maintenance of way rules previously in effect.
