Decatur Alabama December 6 Clarence Norris the second of seven Negro defendants in the Scottsboro case was convicted today by a Morgan county jury on charges of attacking two white women near Scottsboro Alabama on a freight train two years ago. Remaining five indictments postponed pending appeals in Patterson and Norris cases.
