The Standard Flash and a Fragmented Chronicle
A garbled clipping references Wilbur as The Standard Flash and spoofs public figures, lectures, and domestic quips. It notes a lecture at the depot by Foster Doakes of the Department of Agriculture on standardizing phonograph output. Scattered lines mention punning insults, Lake Michigan bathing fines, and Tillie the Toiler dialogue about a father.
