Kane expands San Antonio garage complex behind Travis Park Church
J R Kane consolidates three 3 story buildings behind Travis Park Methodist church into a single large facility with 160 foot Travis street frontage and 163 foot depth. The garage adds a complete repair shop and services washing greasing battery sales and service. It now stores 400 cars and includes Hertz driverless car system with Chevrolet sixes. Entrance exits 25 feet, open day and night. Kane established the business five years ago at 218 East Travis and expanded after acquiring Citizens garage at 212 East Travis. The move consolidates the two garages into one larger operation with upper story storage and ground floor reorganization.
