City Council endorsements pave way for the Inner Loop traffic project. Centru 21 and Downtown Inc accept conditions to avoid East Side isolation, including two way upgrades on Notth Street at IH 37 and a study on Bowie eastward. Construction to begin in four months with right of way purchases near Pecan and Main and Broadway.
