Missing license applications found seals issued in Bexar County
Nearly 400 missing automobile license applications from Bexar County were found. They were mailed late January but not received by the state office until recently. Seals and registration certificates were issued and sent or handed to owners. James W. Collins urged anyone still awaiting 1918 seals to contact him for enforcement and an investigation. The state department says back work is caught up and current mail is being processed.
