Sewage Protest Filed About Health Hazard Near Foster Road
Commissioner Court Monday received a petition signed by 30 residents on Foster Road near Highway 181 South complaining of raw sewage they say comes from Western Trails Village. Leonard E. Pollok and A J Ploch presented the protest. Pollok called the situation terrible and the court asked the district attorney to contact Dr James Goodnight, president of Western Trails Village, for possible action.
