Chicago April 10 suspicions rise over five poison deaths linked to the McClintock estate. Indicted foster father William Shepherd faces charges of corrupting Billy McClintock with typhoid germs as investigators reexamine decades old fatalities of Iliam Nelson McClintock Emma Nelson McClintock Dr Oscar Olson and Sarah Hickling McClintock. Authorities seek exhumation to verify possible additional victims and review earlier partner deaths in Salina Kansas.
The San Antonio Lions Club plans a 3 PM Easter egg hunt in Brackenridge Park for children eight and under of all races. Volunteers from Boy Scouts and Lions will supervise. hundreds of eggs will be dyed, with rare prize eggs bearing merchant names for cash rewards.

E. G. Hutchinson, an employee of the Marrow Battery Company at 1218 South Flores, suffered burns to his left hand and arm while extinguishing a fire in the plant. Sparks from a generator ignited waste oil, enveloping him in flames until firemen arrived. He received first aid and was sent home. Damage to the generator and building is about $25.

Paris April 10 A statement shows the Sea Bathing and Foreigner's Club of Monaco the company running the Monte Carlo gambling casino made profits in 1924 totaling 60,000,000 francs. This equals more than half of the year’s total receipts 110,653,000 francs, up from 99,442,000 francs in 1925. The company will hold its annual meeting May 15.

Effie Hickox, now in St Louis, says her infant daughter vanished after being left with a nurse named Auntie to pay board. A road man named Gibson reportedly adopted a baby girl in Kansas, raising links to the missing child. Relatives of a deceased Mrs Kunte are being contacted to confirm identity.
