Chicago March 27 One hundred thousand women from all walks of life will take the stump in support of presidential candidates in the coming election. Women leaders of parties and campaigns outlined plans for nationwide organization with speakers and training programs.
The AU-9 dirigible searched for trace of the Lux and Vidabuan, two French steamers missing after leaving Algeria bound for Marseilles. A wreckage believed to be the Lux was found. the Vidabuan, a 1304 ton vessel built in 1881 and owned by the French National Railways, is unlisted in Lloyds Register.
