San Antonio Eyes Postwar Coliseum and Bridges Plan

San Antonio plans postwar growth led by Mayor Sam C. Bell to finance a new ten thousand seat coliseum, major street paving, and several bridges. All Day Review Of U S Troops Held For Pershing

United Press dispatch from American Headquarters in Germany reports General Pershing reviewing the 1st 2d and 32d Divisions along the bridgehead with bands playing troops two deep in lines as sunlit valleys greeted the day. Pershing motored inspection halted along roads all day long. Berlin dispatch quotes Pershing declaring Americans as the executive power of a free government toward the German people.

President Wilson met with Premier Clemenceau in ARIS on December 24 to clear up matters before his departure for London. The talks focused on allied postwar plans and ongoing wartime coordination between the United States and France.
