Coughlin Child Returned to Baltimore in 1920 Case Reopened

A Baltimore child held at the city headquarters is being sent to Norristown to assess whether he is the kidnapped Coughlin child from 1920. Police say the boy has been cared for since 1920 by Johan W Draen at 1110 Poplar Grove Ave. A handkerchief with initials BC was found at the time. Records show Dizen visited the northern police station in August 1920 seeking information about the case. The child is now known as John W Ihzen Jr.
