Baltimore July 9 A P Awetin Baughman Maryland Motor Vehicle Commissioner said he would confer tomorrow with Attorney General Thomas M Robinson on the validity of a Delaware highway ruling requiring Maryland hired automobiles to have Delaware licenses. He indicated Delaware authorities would continue to enforce the ruling which applies to any vehicle for hire or reward including passenger buses reaching into Maryland or leaving it. The rule covers cars hauling general freight with occasional Delaware visits as well as machines operating on Delaware roads. Maryland cars operated from outside the state to fixed points inside are required to have Maryland licenses, but others entering Maryland are not.
