The first accident of the year was heard by Justice T Hearn. An automobile and a sleigh collided on East Church Street at five. No one injured. Ralph Coulbourne found guilty of reckless driving and operating without license. Fined 96 dollars and costs for first offense and 1 dollar and costs for the second. He was driving east and scraped a parked car, then turned left and struck a sleigh driven by Roger Malone. Malone said he was driving fast when the collision occurred. The cross-bar on the shaft was torn off. the horse was not touched.
