Plans and specifications are on file in the city engineer’s office. Bids require a 10 percent bid bond. Work to be completed by July 20 1909 as ordered by the City Council. An new preparation claims strong relief for chronic muscular rheumatism and acute inflammatory rheumatism. Users report high praise for back shoulder neck and other pains caused by rheumatism or cold damp conditions. Applied externally, it is advertised to ease soreness rapidly and is sold by reputable druggists.
