Valentine Social at Polk Street Home Delights Pleasant Party

The V. P. 8, C. E. of the Christian church held a valentine social Thursday night at Mr. Miller’s Polk street home. About 40 attendees enjoyed games and a long lunch, ending near midnight. Prizes included a heart shaped box of bon bons for first place in a gum chewing contest and a consolation prize for another game.
