An ordinance repeals ordinance number 183 passed by the Common Council on July 7 1908 and approved by the mayor on July 8 1908. The measure, dated November 24 1908, sets the repeal in effect and is published December 18 1908.

Members must be residents and freeholders to draft proposed amendments and report by February 2. Mr Harvey Mand and family sold Mivhr place on Fike street and Mr Yorgan and Rave moved to Hood River to locate there. Hey Hradetreet filled the Congregational church pulpit Sunday evening and will preach again next Sunday inviting a large audience to attend.
