Portland awards large paving contract for Willamette boulevard

The City Commission awarded a major paving contract to Warren Construction Company for 74 thousand dollars to pave Willamette boulevard from Wabash avenue to the St Johns city limits. The project will ease winter travel and connect Peninsula residents to the city directly.
