Wheat sign up runs through October 2 1964 in St Charles County for the 1968 When program. Jos A Simon chairman notes one signup period and explains overseeding and substitution provisions allow farmers to adjust intentions during signup. Participating farmers may overseed allotments up to 50 percent and, by bonding excess wheat, become eligible for certificates and price support.
