The St Louis Suburban Teachers Association backs Amendment No 1 for annual Missouri General Assembly sessions. The measure, to be voted November 3, follows March House of Delegates action. Executive secretary Robert S Elworthy cites state growth since 1945 and calls for yearly legislative attention to funding schools and vital services.
St Charles County YMCA schedules three informational meetings for fathers of boys six and older.
