Anti-Drug Smart Set Program Gains Wide School Reach
A nationwide anti-drug effort called Smart Set is expanding from 16 youths in 1968 to about 4,000 schools in the United States and abroad. The program urges teens to reject drugs, provides posters and materials, and partners with PTA groups and service clubs to sponsor local clubs and activities.
