Eastern Missouri Cake Show and Contest draws bakers from nine states
The First Annual Eastern Missouri Cake Decorating Show and Contest will fill the Mall at Marke Twain Shopping Center with exhibitors from nine states vying for trophies. About 150 entries have been received, with four classes age groups including professional amateur junior and children. City teachers Nancy Albert and Joyce McQuay promote cake decorating and have trained hundreds of students.
