Powell Terrace Receives Welcome PD Community Development Aid
Powell Terrace residents greeted a public hearing on a neighborhood improvement plan led by Victoria Kern. The program funds curb and guttering, a low interest home loan plan, a new Boon slick Park swimming pool, and aims to relieve centralization of HUD. City will assess homeowners $2.50 per foot for curbing, with pool financing via recreation funds and matching Community Development support.
