Record Voter Roll in St Charles County for Upcoming Election

County plans an off year constitutional amendment election tomorrow with 35 492 registered voters including 753 in St Charles city and 23 739 in the rest of the county. First time young voters ages 18 20 will cast statewide ballots with about 300 registered in the county. Absentee ballots due at the County Clerk's office by 4 p.m.
