The St. Charles County Library Headquarters at 1900 Merrill Drive presents Saturday Morning Movies for children. On Saturday November 27 at 10 a.m. a showing will feature a children’s film for attendees.
A record 2,661,311 tons were shipped on the Missouri River by November 15, with potential to rise before the season ends November 30. The prior record of 2,566,544 tons was achieved in 1967, overtaken on November 7 when the towboat Dan C towed two loaded barges, one with 1,004 tons of sodium hydroxide to Kansas City and another with 1,004 tons of salt to Omaha.
The Red Cross Bloodmobile will set up at Faith United Church of Christ 106 Kent Drive Wentzville on December 7 from 2 to 7 pm Donors are urged to attend coordinated by Noon Day Contemporary Club with sandwiches from Missouri Telephone Co and Missouri Edison Co Immanuel Lutheran women provide cakes and volunteers seek donors Donate Tuesday December 7 A second drive will be December 10 2 to 7 pm at First United Methodist Church
